Dr. Christian Wilson
Dr Christian Wilson is a licensed Optometrist with over 30 years of experience in the field. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry in 1992. Dr Wilson (many of his patients call him Chris) has worked in private practice specializing in eyecare including refractions and contact lens need. He also has experience in diagnosing various eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. He loves his job and is very passionate about the best care for his patients.
Dr. Dr John Krochmal
Dr. John Krochmal, a Ventura County native, graduated in 2020 from the UC Berkeley School of Optometry and has been practicing in the Oxnard and Santa Barbara area since 2021. He already has extensive experience practicing in retail, private practice and Ophthalmology settings. He completed his externships at Crownpoint IHS in New Mexico, Pacific Islands VA in Hawaii, and at the San Rafael Community Clinic. As well as having participated in service trips providing eye care to underserved communities in rural Nicaragua and Taiwan. He also belonged to the prestigious Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and received multiple scholarships for excellence in clinical care.
Outside of the office he enjoys surfing, scuba diving, cooking and baking. Dr. Krochmal is excited to be partnering with the Eyeglass Factory and providing care to those in the community.
